Host, Housekeeper, Maintenance, Groundskeeper with RV parking - Sebring, FL

Only RV spot will be provided .  Very small Vacation Rental company with 3 to 4 small rental units is looking for couple to help some to host the guest, looking for couple alcohol and drug free, since will be guest around all the time when at the property.

10 exchange working hours a week plus paid cleaning at $20/h after every rental, mostly Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, and some sporadic paid weekday cleanings.

This is a long term possition, year around.

International race track, golf club and fishing lake with boat ramp under 5 miles of distance.

Cleaning job is not guaranteed, sometimes can be only one guest a week ,sometimes could be 7 days a week all the units but no likely.

Basic skills required for minor repairs to plumbing, carpentry, electrical, escorting, mowing, pool maintenance.  cleaning Security are required.
