Horses, dogs and cats caretakers - Colorado Springs, CO

Looking for long-term caretakers for a horse farm and it's resident pets in Colorado Springs.  Prefer a retired, semi-retired or work at home couple but will consider an individual.  Part time-work in exchange for lodging in your own recently renovated house on-site, all utilities included. Beautiful views and privacy yet proximity to all conveniences. 

Duties include cleaning stalls and pens, watering, feeding, turn out, blanketing and petsitting.  Experience caring for horses, dogs and cats required.
