Handypeople Couple For a Home Build and Ongoing Projects in Northeast Tennessee

Exceptional opportunity for a sober non-drug couple who loves dogs to work in a growing area of Northeast Tennessee with a young family trying to build a home and business. The man needs to be an all-around handyman with basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical,and carpentry experience. The job will be small projects as part of a new home build as well as maintenance or small renovation projects on the current home.Tasks could include installation of doors and windows, installation of cabinet blocking, deck building, lawn mowing, soffit framing, etc. Must be a self starter, and can see what needs attention. His partner can assist with job site work or home chores or child care depending on preference. Ideal candidates will love dogs and be interested in watching our 2 adorable shih-tzus when we are out of town. We are very flexible on the structure of the position and willing to work with the right candidates to create a situation that is best for everyone.

Housing could become available after first year of work, but is not available at current time. There is space on the property for a camper if that is a housing option of choice. Salary would reflect experience and whether a full or part time position is desired. Open to negotiation!
