Suitable for couple or single. I am looking for help remodeling my small condo in South Florida - Broward County. Work: Kitchen remodel, laminate flooring, bathroom, etc. You need to have discreet vehicle like Sprinter van or car or pickup to park in lot. No hookups available on property. NO RV's allowed in community. You can live in my condo while working there. You need to show experience and have verifiable references.

This is upscale, 55+ community - no kids, no pets - community rules.  Work in exchange for accommodations. Additional hourly salary possible for experienced workers. Okay if you have other full time employement. We are about 2 miles from ocean. Bus to beach. Close to all shopping and restaurants.
