We are looking for a high-energy, hands-on management couple to handle property management responsibilities.

+ Nice manufactured housing community near Eagle and Summit Counties
+ Situated in a beautiful setting, however community standards have fallen and need immediate improvement!

+ Exceptional resident relations and customer service skills -- knows how to build a community
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure their completion
+ Thinks like an owner and takes pride in creating a clean, orderly and successful property
+ Can effectively manage maintenance staff
+ Good sales skills -- knows how to market the community well
+ Spanish-language skills not mandatory but preferred
