Off-The-Grid Resort Seeking Maintenance/Massage/Front Desk Couple - Wilbur Springs, CA

We are seeking a skilled couple to join our resident staff on 2000 acres of off-the grid resort living in remote Northern California.

One half of the couple will be the Facilities Manager and the other half will be part-time Front Desk Staff and a Massage Provider.

The Facilities Manager works with a team of 3-4 groundsmen to maintain a 180 acre property which includes: a spring-fed swimming pool, dry sauna, natural mineral hot springs soaking baths, outdoor showers, 12 cabins, an 8 room lodge, main hotel building with commercial kitchen, community room and the adjacent 1800 acre nature preserve. Experience with spring fed water systems and large solar power systems is a big plus, but not necessary. Spanish language skills preferred.

The Massage Provider/Front Desk Staff half of the couple will split time between our lucrative massage provider program and 2 or 3 front desk reception shifts per week.

We are seeking a couple that is comfortable living in a remote low-electricity community-minded property. We are 45 minutes away from the closest grocery store or gas station, 2 hrs from  Sacramento and less than 3 hrs from San Francisco and Lake Tahoe.

Compensation package includes: private two-bedroom house, weekly laundry service, satellite internet, electricity, propane, water, sewer, trash, full use of the facility including: the nature preserve, hots springs, pools, sauna, hiking trails etc.
