hot nor Humid.

First month free accommodation,electricity, water, trash pick up, High speed Internet, IN RETURN FOR for morning help with lovable dogs and 2 kitties and a little handyman work for man and LITE housekeeping mornings for woman. 

HOMEBODIES a must! After  the 1st month trial a $200 per month for food etc. can be paid. QUIET Mature couples Only SORRY NO PETS I have enough to share :)

Free most afternoons but spend ON the lovely farm to CARETAKE the small gated fruit farm .Bus stop at the gate and 2 small stores on our road ,

One full day to go off together but must sleep ON the property ! an extra afternoon can be arrange by mutual consent. Great for quiet couple who will not be out playing Free Staying Tourists,,I can charge rent or B&B for that. a 3 month commitment needed and if good helpers can be long term. To avoid those looking to 'VISIT" a pittance of $300 will be charged for the first month ONLY to prove you are a serious couple, not here for a free visit .This will be REFUNDED after the 2nd month stay.

Responsibilities include

6:30am /6:45am feed outdoor dogs

7am go to your Chalet for breakfast or coffee

Return to help at 7:30am whatever small job needs doing (ie small painting job ot lawn mowing(when necesary)or a fix it type thing id dog kennel needs a hammer and nails. or tidy up farm .not hard work but a little strength foe man is appreciated.

Woman can do a very easy clean of house and SMALL occassional laundry for ONE person.

Mon , Wed, Fri. from 8am to 10am let run dogs for 2 hours (scoop small amount of poop from large pens )

If small handyman job is due ..contiinue until noon then off to your Chalet to relax.read. use your PC on free Internet .
