General Manager Couple - Boutique Hotel - Newport, RI

We are looking for a hardworking, honest couple with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to assume the full-time management of our 17 room boutique hotel in Newport, RI. This year-round, live-in position requires the dedication and motivation to create an idyllic experience for our guests while balancing the needs of the business.

Job requirements include breakfast preparation and serving, some housekeeping and laundry, grounds work and property maintenance, seasonal renovation projects, staff hiring and supervision and of course reservations and guest interaction (and much more). This is a HANDS-ON JOB.

The hotel is staffed with a seasonal concierge/front desk associates and a year-round housekeeping crew. If you are looking for a lifestyle change and a beautiful vibrant place to live, please send us your information. Bonus skills: culinary/pastry background, light repair/maintenance.

Compensation includes housing, utilities, and salary.

Start Date: Mid-August for training.
