Full Time Onsite Manager / Maintenance Couple - Kissimmee, FL

Full time permanent positions available for rv park manager and maintenance couple. $3000 per month per couple along with a  2 bedroom house is provided as well as cable tv and electricity. This position calls for a self motivated couple that will thrive in a fast paced work environment. We are looking for a couple that has excellent customer service standards and is proven to create a positive reputation for the company and themselves.

Manager duties:

Responsible for the day to day operations of the property

Manage guest relations with positive attitude, greet all guests with excellence

Maintain accurate records and ensure all rents are collected in a timely manor

Respond to all tenant requests and complaints in a timely manor

Perform other duties as assigned

Campground Master, QuickBooks and Microsoft Office experience a plus

Maintenance Duties:

Responsible for the grounds landscaping and Maintenance. Tree trimming, mowing, weed eating etc , minor plumbing , minor electrical, maintenance and repair of 2 bath houses along with occasional cleaning , well water system and septic system experience a huge plus. Looking for someone that also has some experience repairing small engines to keep equipment up and running smoothly.
