Full-time Innkeeping Couple - Oscoda, MI

Do you like to entertain and get paid for it?  Do you have a legendary work ethic? Experienced professional Innkeeping couple needed for a luxury, 14-room bed & breakfast in a small Northern Michigan Lake Huron resort town. 

Our property is a multi-award Inn and a Diamond Collection and Select Registry member. We are seeking a self-motivated, mature, well-groomed couple who enthusiastically anticipate and meet guests’ high expectations. 

This is a full-time, year-round, hands-on position to oversee all aspects of day-to-day operation of the inn, including, but not limited to reservations, guest check-in and check-out, concierge services, preparation of hot, gourmet breakfasts, scheduling and overseeing of housekeeping staff, inventory of and shopping for all supplies, along with maintenance and upkeep of the inn and grounds.  Accomplished, creative culinary skills and a passion for food a must, and Food Handler/Safe Serve Certification, mechanical aptitude and hot tub operation a plus.   Applicants must be physically fit (able to carry 35-40 lbs. up and down stairs), computer literate, and possess a positive attitude and desire to provide the ultimate in guest service, as well handling guests’ concerns and emergencies, providing resolutions in a professional manner.  Must be team players who embrace our goal to continue to create a romantic, unforgettable experience for our guests.
