Full Time-Full Service Management of Eastern Oregon 18 unit Motel - Condon, OR

Couple needed to manage an 18 Unit Motel in the great Eastern Oregon town of Condon.   Must have experience.  $1700.00 per month plus 2 bedroom 1 bath home.  Duties include, but are not limited to, full responsibily for the entire property.  Office duties, reservations, checking customers in, cleaning of rooms, laundry, lawn and flower bed care, snow removal in winter, painting and repairs as needed.

Supervise extra employees, inculding scheduling, submitting payroll, and assisting them wth their work. 

A full background check, credit report and drug testing are required after your application has been accepted for consideration. 

Ufortunately, this property is not suitable for children under 12, animals, or smokers of any substance.   This position has a 90 day probation period.
