FT Storage Facility Manager(s) - Wilmington, NC

Southeast Management Company is looking for self-motivated individuals and/or husband/wife couples as Facility Managers for a self-storage facility located in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Duties and responsibilities of the job include customer service, retail sales, marketing, budget and expense control, debt collection, basic computer knowledge/skills, revenue management and basic property maintenance capabilities.

This is a Full-time position with a competitive benefit package, including bonus incentives.
