Seeking couple with restaurant experience for food service concession!  Time frame: ASAP!

Noah's Ark is a fun, family oriented ~ 80 seat theme restaurant in a building shaped like Noah's Ark, across the street from the entrance to a wildlife park (the Winston Wildlife Safari) in Oregon's Umpqua Valley wine country. The restaurant has a view, a deck with a fire pit, a performance area with pianos and sound equipment, as well as a child's play area.  The building also contains a (non-denominational) Christian bookstore and educational tour.  A retired couple painstakingly and lovingly created the venue but after 14 years of development and operation the couple is now ready to retire from retirement and needs some help - and - are willing to lease the restaurant area as a concession for percentage of gross receipts.  Owners recently installed LED full-color display board and have anew arrangement to serve breakfast with the Inn across the street.
