Five-Star 55-Plus Manufactured Home Community Management Team - Eastern Washington, WA - Yakima, WA

We are seeking a Management couple for a five-star manufactured home community in Washington State.  It is a full time position and includes housing, salary, select holidays, and PTO.  We are looking for a couple that works as a team with one handling office/administrative tasks and the other the on-site maintenance tasks.  Office tasks to include but not limited to collection of rents/fees, issuance of notices, cleaning of the clubhouse, and facilitating occasional social functions for a very active group of residents.  Maintenance tasks to include but not limited to common area lawn maintenance, pool and hot tub maintenance, and cleaning of the pool/outdoor recreation area.
