FEATURED JOB OPENING:Motel Maintenance and Front/Desk Housekeeping - Old Forge, NY

FULL-TIME LIVE ON-SITE MOTEL MAINTENANCE AND FRONT DESK/HOUSEKEEPING COUPLE  needed to live in the apartment on site and help run a 52 room motel in Old Forge, New York. Located in the scenic Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York, Adirondack Lodge Old Forge offers visitors charming accommodations in a picturesque and relaxed setting. The tree-lined grounds feature a gazebo with a gas grill for you to enjoy, picnic area, and tennis court for those beautiful sunny days, while the indoor heated swimming pool and sauna provide year-round entertainment for the entire family. Our 52 guest rooms provide a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. You and your spouse can live, work, and play in this amazing setting with the opportunity of a lifetime!

Candidates we hire will have:

• 2+ years experience in a hotel/motel setting with positive reference from previous employer

• Customer service oriented

• Computer proficiency

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Possession of valid driver's license

• Successful passing of background check

Duties for both the Maintenance and Front Desk/Housekeeping positions (among others):

• Checking in/out guests

• Maintain, clean and repair premises, rooms, and common areas

• Keep required maintenance records

• Routine laundry services

• Housekeeping duties as needed

• Live in the apartment on premesis in order to cover the night shift

• Monthly salary starting at $30,000 per year and up to $35,000 per year (per couple) based on experience
