Part of a small but growing company with multiple hotels, despite COVID 19, we are expanding. Managers get salary, nice housing, home utilities paid, paid vacation (min 4 weeks) and bonus potential. "Innkeepers" Run Everything and are a central part of the hotel experience: marketing, bookings (RESNEXUS), OTAs, property maintenance and housekeeping, turns, cleaning, laundry, bill pay, books, events, community involvement, etc. Peak months May-October plus Feb. PT front back up and Housekeeping in budget. Laundry service in peak months. One of you at least must be a handy fix it person, organization key, compuiter runs eveything, front facing and good with guest experience. Both must be able to work computer and be comfortable with guests. A Clean beautiful Room is our number one delivery. This is a lifestyle job. We are on cutting edge of changes in marketplace and cleaning protocols for Post COVID world sani-rooms. Touchless check ins/check outs, on line marketing, our rooms all have private open air entries. We have Be Safe cleaning protocols for best room experience. Manager house is cape style 2 level home adjacent to hotel (golf cart to go back and forth) so "work from home" and flex schedule helps!  Modern Mountain view home has extra large kitchen/great room, 3 BR, 2 Baths, large garage. A summer helper studio apartment qith bath and kitchennette is in rear ofgarage with sep. utils/entrance to create a live in helper situation for busy season. Watch te moorise over Mt Cranmore. 

Property located in Mt Washington Valley-- White Mountains NH in East Coast #1 ski town (summer and fall even busier than ski season) primarily tourism trade. NO FOOD here. Quaint award winning town is outdoorsman/woman paradise. Current Innkeepers avail to train for transfer of skills and may be avail to work part time afterwards. Experience with Resnexus reservations system a big plus. Looking for forever Innkeepers. Year round business.
