We believe our Property Manager is the most important part of the success of our business. Our compensation is comparable to other storage facilities in our area and we provide a free 2 bedroom apartment on site.

Our Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of our self storage facility and is responsible for but not limited to the following:>
- Rental of storage units
- Managing Accounts Receivable
- Aggressive Marketing / Networking to local businesses
- Delivering superior customer service.

Requirements
- 3+ years of self storage facility property management experience is required.
- Must be able to provide Legendary Customer Service and be people friendly.
- Experience with Site Link management software or equivalent self storage management software required.
