FEATURED JOB OPENING: Wanted Couple for Manager of a Mobile Home Community - Apache Junction, AZ

Need a management couple for a 4 Star, 178 space Senior Mobile Home Park in Apache Junction, AZ. area. Skills needed for office would be Excel, MS Word, bank deposits, rent notices, evictions, general office knowledge, good customer relation and people skills.  Skills needed for outside would be general maintenance, light electrical, light plumbing, meter reading, pool maintenance, landscaping.  Previous Mobile Home park management experience would be a plus. 

Salary is $3500/mo per couple+Doublewide and utilities.   This is a PERMANENT position not a seasonal workamper position. Hrs M-F, 9-4 with an hour for lunch.
