FEATURED JOB OPENING: Vacation Property Management Couple - near Laurie, MO

IN SEARCH OF a couple to manage 24 vacation properties located within a small resort at the Lake of the Ozarks near Laurie, MO.  This is a full-time position with good pay which includes a 2 bedroom partially furnished home (on property) with paid utilities.

Manager candidates need to be self starters with excellent, professional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for attention to details.  Candidates must be computer savvy, with knowledge of microsoft word and excel.  Experienced in all aspects of property maintenance of appliances, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC - looking for a "Jack of all trades" kind of maintenance person with expierience operating power tools and motorized equipment.

Managers will be responsible for providing quality guest services that include cabin and dock reservations, check ins/outs, and recreational equipment rental.  Managers will need to be hands-on by running the front desk, setting employee schedules for 3 full time and 7-10 PT housekeepers, assisting with housekeeping if needed, stripping beds and quality controling cabins, washing and folding laundry at times.  Managers will stay informed and knowledgeable of immediate area services, attractions and events.  They will collect payments, make deposits, do monthly reporting, perform property maintenance as needed and back up one another and all other positions as necessary

This is a full time position managing vacation properties perfect for a couple with a passion for adventure, guest services and who have physical and mental stamina with the ability to remain cool under pressure.  Candidates must be able to deal with guests issues, handle after hours emergencies and be able to prioritize and plan work loads.
