We are seeking a two person team with extensive professional/property management experience with a strong work ethic to perform all operations and marketing/sales functions at our storage facility in Portland, OR. We are seeking talented, dynamic people to join our management team! The quality of our managers is what distinguishes us in the self storage industry. You'd assume that all storage facilities were safe, clean and secure, but unfortunately that is not the case.

*Extensive business management or property management experience required

*Great communication skills, both in person and on the phone

*Pride of ownership--our managers maintain their sites as if they own it

*Problem solver--we help customers determine the right size unit within their budget

*Excellent computer skills--we use leading edge software to manage our units

*Good writing skills--our customers communicate increasingly by email

*Facility with numbers--you'll deal with occupancy rates, discount strategies, etc

*Strong organizational ability--attention to detail & good record-keeping are key

*Comfort communicating "What sets us apart" in a way that leads to rental results

*Own reliable, insured personal vehicle with valid drivers license.
