FEATURED JOB OPENING: Two Person Self-Storage Resident Mngmt Team -- one person must be bilingual - Escondido, CA

We are seeking a two-person team (no individual applicants, please) of motivated professionals with a strong work ethic to perform all operations and marketing/sales functions, living on-site at our storage facility in Escondido, CA. AT LEAST ONE OF THE APPLICANTS MUST BE FLUENT BILINGUAL SPANISH/ENGLISH.

We are seeking talented, dynamic people to join our management team! The quality of our managers is what distinguishes us in the self-storage industry. You'd assume that all storage facilities were safe, clean and secure, but unfortunately that is not the case. Our managers are the reason our facilities really are safe, clean and secure.

*Great communication skills, both in person and on the phone

*Problem solver--we help customers determine the right size unit within their budget

*Good writing skills--our customers communicate increasingly by email
*Facility with numbers--you'll deal with occupancy rates, discount strategies, etc
*Strong organizational ability--attention to detail & good record-keeping are key
*Comfort communicating "What sets us apart" in a way that leads to rental results
