FEATURED JOB OPENING: Superstar Manager/Maintenance Couple for RV/MH Park in New Mexico

On-site park manager/maintenance couple needed for RV and mobile home park in Artesia, New Mexico.  

Positions ideal for a couple management team who is experienced in living on-site and running a mobile home and/or RV park, or property management experience.  

Must have at least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following: RV park management, mobile home park management, apartment/multifamily property management.  

The manager must have strong people skills, be a very good communicator, conscientious, thorough, and with some accounting/computer skills.

Maintenance manager needs to be able to clean and maintain property, oversee contractors, have general handyman background.

Up to $50,000 in cash compensation and the use of a mobile home for the right couple, plus meaningful occupancy incentives.  

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.

US citizen

Previous RV and/or mobile home park experience.

Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication.

Previous sales or leasing experience preferred.

Basic accounting and computer knowledge (email, Google Drive, etc).

Take charge, initiative, driven, entrepreneurial.
