FEATURED JOB OPENING: Storage Facility Management Team - Murray, UT

We are looking for a property management team for a self storage facility in Murray, UT. 

Note: This is for two full-time positions to be filled by a team of two applicants who reside jointly on-site.

Job responsibilities include collecting rent, interacting with tenants, enforcing self storage yard rules and regulations, and maintenance of the facility.  Off-site marketing of the facility is expected.  Applicants should have excellent “people skills” and a professional manner in dealing with people. 

Required skills include:

• Prior storage expericne a real plus
• Valid driver's licence
• Computer skills
• Excellent verbal/written communication, time management and organization skills
• Strong "customer relations" skills
• Professional. enthusuastic, team player
• Ability to be adaptable and flexible

Compensation equals salary plus a monthly bonus based and facility performance and health insurance.  Two-bedroom apartment and utilities are included.  Non-smoker preferred.
