FEATURED JOB OPENING: On Site Stores Manager - Maintenance & Property Manager Couple - Ruidoso , NM

We are looking for a dedicated ,hardworking couple to Staff , manage and live on site at an out of the way Historic Tourist Property with retail stores.

The right person for this job has the desire to help build this business and grow along with it . Property maintenace, construction knowledge and ability to multi task is required .

Located on a large private parcel of land. The job includes running the gift shop & store, Gem mine and other attractions to be located on the property plus mowing and trimming and grounds care.

Must be able to manage on site rental properties also. This job requires Caretaking, cleaning, grounds work and caring for and working in other retail properties with our other employees  in adjoining town.

Knowledge and interest in rocks and gems a plus. Retail experience important .

Basic bookkeeping required. Working knowledge of computers and ability to use normal business software. Must have reliable vehicle & valid drivers licenses.

Extensive background check and drug testing requirements of this position.

Includes Housing for the working couple only and Salary plus comission .
