FEATURED JOB OPENING: On-Site Resident Office & Maintenance Couple - Fernley, NV

Seeking  qualified only, highly ambitious, career-oriented, resourceful team of two individuals to live on-site managers at our facility in Fernley, Nevada.  The typical schedule for the Team is Tuesday through Saturday (Sundays and Mondays off).

This position offers:

Starting Salary $45,000

On-Site Housing, 2/bed/2 bath upstairs, 1/2 bath downstairs, utilities, nice yard with a $25,000 annual value

One week paid Vacation after one year

Bonus potential

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Manage day-to-day operations of the facility

Maintain an exceptionally clean facility, including outside maintenance, inlcuding sweeping, picking up trash and cigarette butts, using the blower, mop etc.

Greet customers and others with a smile

Show, rent and clean units

Make collection calls and process liens to late tenants

Perform daily lock check and patrol facility on a continual basis daily
