FEATURED JOB OPENING: Site Property Managers (Team/Couple) - Las Vegas, NV

All Storage of Las Vegas has an excellent opportunity with great pay and benefits. A couple who will excel at their job and are customer service oriented. Property managers live on the property for a single location within the district, works 40 hours standard week and is eligible for health insurance, dental insurance, paid vacations, Holidays, and other generous benefits.

Must pass 90 day probationary period. Shift hours: Monday-Saturday 8:30am-5pm. Two years of related exsperance and/or training in direct sales, retail and or customer service is required. For Property Management teams one member should have at least two years of office experience and the other should have at least two years of maintenance repair experience. Must have the ability to write reports and correspondence, use a computer, and present information to groups of managers, clients, customers and general public in english. At least GED is required. Valid driver's liense from the state required and own own vehicle. Will travel to various locations during shift to run errands.

Must to able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Responsible for all aspects of running and maintaining the daily operations of their assigned property. Expected to be available and respond to off-hour emergencies and customer problems and to maintain a presence on the property at all times.

Responsible for sales and marketing and maximizing the occupancy of their facility at optimum levels. Renting space , actively selling and maintaining inventory, and renting trucks.
