On-site property manager (couples welcome) needed for motel in Georgia.

Candidate MUST have the follow to be considered: 

• Recent management experience in Hotel/Motel Management.
• Maintenance experience (Must know how to use power and non-power tools for light handy work)
• Customer service oriented
• Computer proficiency, including Windows, Word, Excel and Gmail.
• Experience with QuickBooks (not required)
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
• Successful passing of background check

Duties include:

• Checking in/out guests
• Maintenance and repairs
• Record & keep required operational and maintenance records
• Routine cleaning of rooms and common areas
• Routine laundry services
