FEATURED JOB OPENING: ON-SITE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT/MAINTENANCE POSITION - Libertyville, IL

On-site property manager/maintenance team for 16 unit Apartment building in Libertyville, Illinois needed.

Must clean, paint and make repairs.  Plumbing (fix/replace sinks, angle stops and toilets; snake kitchen or bath drain clogs) and basic electrical (replace outlets, ceiling fans, light fixtures and resolve blown circuits).  Ensure vacant apartments are clean and ready to rent.  Show and rent apartments, make tenant requested repairs promptly, keep grounds clean and maintain building cleanliness, issue late payment notices, accept late rent payments, landscaping and mow lawn, snow removal, keep hallways, laundry room, stair railings, and walkways clean.

Supervise work done by outside conractor if needed.  Must live on site, Couple preferred.  Understanding of landlord/tenant laws desired.  One (1) or two (2) bedroom apartment included in compensation.

Knowledge and willingness to do all items is required.  Must have good credit and two people is the maximum occupancy limit for the manager's apartment.
