FEATURED JOB OPENING: On Site Property Management - Greencastle, IN

Hiring immediately for the position of Property Manager!

Location: Greencastle Acres (a large manufactured home community) located in Greencastle, IN

Job role (includes but not limited to the following):
- Enforcing community rules
- Maintaining a clean and safe community
- Collecting and reporting rent
- Advertising and showing homes
- Filing evictions when need be

Required Skill Sets:
- Must know how to operate computers and email
- Must have your own smartphone
- Must have a great work ethic
- Previous property mgmt experience is not required.

Estimated weekly hours: 15-25 hrs a week

Compensation: Competitive, base salary + sales bonus incentives. Housing can also be provided.
