FEATURED JOB OPENING: On Site Manager and Maintenance Couple for Mobile Home Community - Belton & Indepence, MO

Immediate opening for couple to manage small mobile home communities in Belton and Independence Missouri. 

One person should have office/admin experience and will be the acting manager, showing and selling used homes, writing site violations, collections, etc.  There is a 8-5 office on site. This position can be base salary or hourly independent contractor.

The second person would need experience in general maintenance, lawn care, etc. This would be maintaining the apperance of the community. Mowing, weed trimming, planting.  Mowers, park truck and plows provided. Would also require general mobile home maintenance and remodel skillset and own tools for remodeling. The pay for this position will be based on skillset and experience and is typically paid as a 1099 independent contractor position, but paid weekly.  

On site housing can be provided for the right fit, but you would be responsible for your own utilties.
