We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on couple to live on-site and oversee the daily operations and upkeep of a well-maintained residential community in Morganton, NC. This is a full-time role that blends property management, light administrative duties, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage resident relations, move-ins/move-outs, and rent collections
  • Enforce community rules and ensure a safe, welcoming environment
  • Handle administrative tasks, recordkeeping, and vendor coordination
  • Perform routine maintenance, basic repairs, and groundskeeping
  • Work closely with ownership to complete assigned projects promptly

Qualifications:

  • Prior property management and maintenance experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, property management software)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
