Lehman Hot Springs, a cherished Pacific Northwest tradition, is seeking a dedicated couple to live on-site and work together as a Facility & Guest Experience Team. This unique opportunity offers a fulfilling lifestyle in a remote yet spectacular location, where you’ll contribute to the upkeep and hospitality of a historic hot springs resort.

For centuries, Lehman Hot Springs has been a place of relaxation, healing, and community gathering. Originally used by native tribes and later by Oregon Trail settlers in the 1870s, this natural retreat continues to welcome guests throughout all four seasons. Under family stewardship since 1925, the property has undergone significant restoration, ensuring it remains a sanctuary for visitors seeking rejuvenation.

Your Role

As an on-site team, you will be responsible for:
✅ Facility & Grounds Maintenance – Ensure the hot springs, cabins, and common areas are well-maintained and operating smoothly.
✅ Housekeeping & Hospitality – Provide a clean, welcoming environment for guests, including families, leadership retreats, and non-profit groups.
✅ Cooking & Meal Preparation – Prepare meals for groups when needed, creating a warm and nourishing experience.
✅ Guest Services – Offer friendly, accommodating service to visitors while maintaining the property’s peaceful atmosphere.
✅ Independent & Resourceful Living – Comfortably manage day-to-day operations in a remote setting, requiring self-sufficiency and problem-solving skills.
