Need experienced mobilehome park management couple. Ideal team will have two or more years’ experience managing a senior mobilehome park in California. It will be helpful for the prospective couple to have a working knowledge of the Title 25 and CA Civil code. Certified MCM classes taken through the WMA will be a plus.  At least one person must have some computer knowledge with comfortably using the Microsoft Office Word and Excel applications, ability to send and receive email and perform Internet searches as required.
