Job Description:

Seeking Resident Relations Team to live on-site and manage our Active Senior Retirement community in Burien, Wa. 

This position is for a team (it takes 2 people) that can work Friday afternoon till Tuesday morning.  Office hours are from 9am to 5pm with on-call (Emergency and Phones) 24 hours.

Positive attitude and the ability to work with other team members is required.

Duties include:

Opening and closing of buildings

Tour and promote community to all prospective tenants

Chauffer residents in town car off site and with golf cart on site

WA CDL or Passenger Endorsement for 24 passenger bus is required as back-up driver

Lead community events and special events

Light maintenance:  general appearance of property, toilet and sink maintenance, light bulbs, resident maintenance requests

Light office work including rent collection and recording, maintaining onsite activity list

Answer phones, market community

Monitor and maintain indoor pool and spa

Resume, references, background check, and drug test required

Compensation, Salary, Medical and One Bedroom apartment w/utilities paid.
