Well established self-storage facility is looking for a mature, self-motivated couple to be resident managers at a great Upstate, South Carolina location. Viable candidates must have a great attitude, show attention to detail and enjoy working with people as well as each other. Good computer skills and organizational skills are required. Couples wishing to be considered for this opportunity must work well together;
One partner will be primarily responsible for running the office, marketing and customer service and must have excellent communication and sales skills. The other partner will also help in the office and perform all necessary upkeep and maintenance on the property; a strong background in maintenance is needed.
