Live where you work and work where you live!  This position is for a two-person resident property management team.  Both team members work 40 hours per week.  Position offers complimentary housing, hourly wage and bonus incentive program. This is a very busy self storage facility located in Louisville, Kentucky.  Qualified candidates should possess prior property management and marketing history and must submit resume with work references.  Qualified candidates must also possess valid driver's license and submit a background check.  Random drug screening is in place with this company.  This property requires strong candidates to handle delinquent accounts while continuing to increase occupancy as well as light maintenance.  Full time benefits package includes vacation, personal leave and company sponsored 50% paid  health, dental, vision and life insurance.
