FEATURED JOB OPENING: Self- Storage Resident Manager Team or Individual-Immediate Opening - Houston, TX

Self-storage facility in NW Houston is seeking a self motivated couple or individual that can function independently to operate and market the facility and provide the highest level of customer service.  In this position, you would live on site and have overall responsibilities for operations and maintenance of 300 self storage units.  We  place great emphasis on friendly, professional managers and our commitment to a clean, secure and well maintained facility.

Job Duties include, but not limited to:

• Show and rent  storage spaces
• Process new tenant lease agreements and maintain records
• Professionally resolve customer issues
• assist with maintaining ongoing property maintenance
• responsible for cleaning facility and units

Successful candidate should possess the following skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to use Microsoft Word
• Excellent customer service and marketing skills
• Highly organized and pay attention to detail
• Computer skills in Windows-based environment
• Sitelink experience a plus
• ability to succeed in an independent work environment
• Resident manager experience a plus
