FEATURED JOB OPENING: Self-Storage Resident Manager Team - Brea, CA
We are looking for a resident manager (couple or individual) at our self-storage facility with 400+ units in North Orange County, California. The position starts in March. Duties include leasing units, answering phones, completing lease paperwork, collecting rents, operating self-storage software, handling lien paperwork, keeping the grounds and empty storage units clean, communicating with the owners and managing a part-time employee.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Computer knowledge (Microsoft Windows)
- Motivated, self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
- Must possess a valid driver's license and automobile insurance
- Prior self-storage experience is welcome but not necessary
- Able to work weekends
Compensation:
Hourly wage plus on-site manager's house (paid utilities) and benefits
