We are looking for a self storage resident management team for immediate hire to run a five story, 1,100+ unit, climate controlled self storage facility in the Midtown/Montrose area in Houston, TX. Starting Salary & Bonus 70k+.

This is a first class state-of-the-art facility with only climate controlled storage units. All units are individually alarmed and use cylinder locks. This facility also features video surveillance, light sensors, music in hallways and keypad entry to each floor. The office was designed by an interior designer. This is a newly constructed facility, opened in 2016. No truck rentals. We use Sitelink software.

As part of the compensation, there is a beautiful large 1,640 sq. ft., 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a fenced patio area, all utilities paid (valued at $2,750/month). Health Insurance offered.  

We are a family-owned and operated company with several locations in Houston. There is a lot of growth in the immediate area with lots of deluxe homes, town homes and class "A" apartments.
