FEATURED JOB OPENING: Self Storage Managers - Kent, WA

We have an immediate need for a Resident Management Team. The Resident Manager’s will live on-site in an apartment provided by the Company and oversee the daily operations of the facility. We are seeking a two person team who are both highly ambitious, career oriented professionals to manage the facility as if it were their own. We place great emphasis on friendly, professional managers and our commitment to clean, secure, and well maintained facilities.  

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

·       Sales and Marketing

·       Administrative Duties

·       Tenant Collections

·       Revenue Management

·       Light Cleaning and Maintenance

Requirements:

•          Self-Storage Experience a Plus
 •         Valid Driver's License
•         Computer Knowledge and Proficiency
•         Physical Ability to Maintain Property
•         SiteLink Experience is Helpful

Position includes salary plus on-site apartment with most utilities paid. NO pets allowed. We offer competitive salaries, health insurance and paid vacations.
