FEATURED JOB OPENING: Self Storage Management Team - Virginia Beach, VA

Seeking an energetic 2 person management team

Couple need to live on site and manager a large, state of the art, storage facility in  central Virignia Beach

Position requires sales, marketing and customer service oriented people.  Must be self starters in both on site and off site job functions. Office responsibilities include, but are not limited to, leasing, collections, daily reports and deposits, in office marketing ,leasing and maintaing site truck,maintaining organization and cleanliness of  office and public restroom.  Must be able to handle off site marketing efforts.  Create and maintain relationships with professionals (real estate agents, apt managers, etc) who will assist in creating a potential customer flow. 

Site work includes having units ready to lease, light maintenance, keep trash picked up, manage climate control hvac, update management on site repairs. Site cleanliness and productivity is expected to be at the highest levels.

Compensation includes salary, bonus, large, modern, 3 bedroom apartment, and utilities.  Health insurance and savings plan participation options available.
