$90K+ SELF STORAGE MANAGEMENT COUPLE/TEAM (Port Richey)

We have an immediate opening for a qualified and motivated SELF-STORAGE MANAGEMENT TEAM AT OUR PREMIER SELF STORAGE PROPERTY.

We need an experienced, professional couple to live in our well-appointed on-site 2-bedroom apartment and manage the busy SELF-STORAGE property with TRUCK RENTALS.

Our compensation package consisting of competitive hourly rate, apartment, utilities, gas allowance, and multi-tiered monthly bonus incentive, is valued at $90K+/year. Paid vacation, health insurance and other benefits are also provided.

- Must be energetic, multi-tasking, and flexible to changes.

- Must be friendly, helpful, and professional on the phone, as well as in person.

- Should have leasing, collections, computer, banking, and marketing abilities.

- Should be proficient in technology applications such as Yardi, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Office.

- Truck rental knowledge is preferred, but not required.

- Responsibilities also include cleaning vacated storage units, keeping property free of trash/litter, and other light maintenance as needed.

- This is a 40 HOUR / 40 HOUR opportunity.

- We prefer experience in self-storage; or in retirement, assisted living, apartment, or mobile home community management.
