FEATURED JOB OPENING: Self Storage Management Team - Houston, TX

Energetic 2-person management team to live on-site and manage self storage facility in Houston, Texas.  The team must have good customer, marketing and computer skills.  Responsibilities include, but not limited to:  leasing units, collections, sending late notices as necessary,  daily bank deposits, reports to corporate, marketing, cleaning the office, public restroom and vacant units, light maintenance; including  changing light bulbs and sheet rock repair,  Storage experience a plus, but not required.   A very nice 2 bedroom apartment and utilities are provided for the team.  Wages based on experience, along with bonus program, vacation and sick leave, health, life and disability insurance options for full time employees,  401K after 1 year.  Must pass all background and credit checks as well as drug tests and physicals.  Security deposit required on the apartment.  Small pet with pet deposit.
