FEATURED JOB OPENING: Self-Storage Management Couple - Parker, CO

Our Company owns and operates self-storage facilities in Colorado.  We are a very successful family owed business since 1999.  Currently seeking a COUPLE to manage one of our newest facilities in Parker (Denver Metro) Colorado.  The facility is brand new construction in an upper demographic area. The facility is comprised of approximately 350 self-storage units.  The position includes all phases of office operations plus light facility and grounds maintenance.

This full-time (40 hours) position requires the COUPLE to operate a store open Monday – Saturday.  Some part time assistance will supplement for days off and vacation.  Compensation is fixed salary base plus generous performance bonus and vacation. 

Employee housing is offered onsite (2 bedroom apartment) at no cost to the employee including paid utilities.  Cable/internet is an employee expense. At this time, there is no company sponsored health care available with this position.

 Strong candidates should possess:

ü  Experience within the self-storage industry or similar relevant experience.

ü  Appropriate computer skills. 

ü  Good communication and positive attitude.

ü  Be non-smokers.
