FEATURED JOB OPENING: Self Storage Management Couple - Houston, TX

Join our team! We are looking for a mature management team to manage a self-storage facility in the Houston, Texas area.

This is a sales and customer service position.  Candidates must have excellent telephone and communication skills, good computer skills and a strong attention to details.  We are looking for people with strong personal integrity and no criminal record.   No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Administrative duties include greeting existing and prospective customers, handling inquiries over the phone, via internet and in person, renting storage units, completing leases and other related paperwork. The position will also require the rental of U-Haul trucks and trailers.

Maintenance duties include sweeping, cleaning, yard work, painting and other maintenance activities as required.

                                Hours:   Manager - 40 hours per week

Pay:   Approximately $40,000 per year for the team.  On top of this, we offer a very unique bonus program.  Existing managers within the company typically make between $10,000 & $40,000 per year in bonus.  This is on top of their existing base pay.  Basically, we pay for performance.
