Tired of commuting?  Would you like to work where you live?  Then we have a great opportunity for you and your spouse.  We are a locally owned Self-Storage Company in Idaho who is seeking a Resident Manager couple, to oversee the day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility. Nice 2 bedroom, one bath house with covered patio and fenced yard & utilities provided as part of compensation.  This is a great opportunity to live and work together. 

Duties include general office, sales, computer bookkeeping, rentals, collections and light maintenance. Requirements: Must have a strong background in customer service, sales, marketing, strong communication skills and experience with Windows based personal computer applications. Previous experience in storage industry a plus.

Weekend shifts plus a valid driver`s license and reliable transportation required. Required to live onsite.

Will work 35 to 40 hours each, 5 days/week (to be scheduled.)
