FEATURED JOB OPENING: Self Storage General Managers - Aiken, SC

Owner/buyer of independent 8 acre self storage facility in Aiken, South Carolina wants to hire full time manager(s) for facility who aspires to earn equity position.  Salary plus bonus to start. Facility has 28,000 square feet of building, and 280 current customers. Facility has positive cash flow. Current operators will assist in training. Another 36,000 square feet of slab exists, and all other facility needs exist like lighting, asphalt, landscaping. Owner has cash and no need for debt. Manager must be able to run facility completely, plus be able to arrange and supervise building 36,000 square feet more rentable building. Permits and plans for new construction exist.  Owner wants to be passive owner/investor with either equity minority partner managing facility, or profit sharing employee managing facility. Performance will earn increased compenstion. Applicants needs to have demonstrated ability to do job, stable personal life, and willingness to live near facility.
