Experienced two person team or individual needed for management of privately owned storage facility located in beautiful Castle Rock, Colorado.  Managers are responsible for day-to-day operations of 800+ unit, well-established, facility.  Applicants must possess average computer skills and above average customer service and organizational skills to keep up in this fast-paced working environment.
Truck and RV rental businesses are also operated from this location and applicants must be comfortable with driving and operating large vehicles. Housing (3bed, 2 bath townhouse in established community less than one mile from the storage facility office) may be available following successful completion of 90 day probationary period.  Only serious applicants, willing to relocate to Castle Rock, Colorado need apply.
