Established class A independent storage facility located in Georgetown Texas looking for a mature person or couple for a long term management position. Self-storage experience preferred.

Candidates should be self-motivated with good communication, sales and computer skills. General facility up-keep and maintenance knowledge necessary.

Duties include but not limited to; Sales and marketing, Administration duties, Tenant collections, Cleaning and maintenance. 

High School diploma and a valid driver's license required. Must have the physical ability to maintain property.

On site apartment available but on site residence is not a requirement.

Position includes salary, performance bonus, paid vacation plus on site apartment with utilities paid.
