FEATURED JOB OPENING: Seeking On-Site Self Storage Management Team - Houston, TX

Management Team needed for state of the art, beautiful, 1200+ unit self-storage facility in Houston.  Experience is recommended. Must have some knowledge of computers and software. We use WinSen software. Duties include renting storage units, collections, phone and internet activities, banking, post office visits, cleaning units, and general maintenance of the property. MUST be bilingual. 

The job requires both people to work 40 hours per week   No Pets. Non-Smokers. A luxury two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. Utilities are paid as part of the compensation. Cable and phone are not part of the compensation. The team is required to live onsite. The facility is not suitable for children.  Base + Bonus + Apartment + Utilities.
